EDUARDO EICHENBERGER
Founder and CEO Senior consultant, was the manager responsible, between 2004 and 2013, for the project that won the Master Imobiliário Award in 2013, Quinta da Baroneza, the highest Brazilian award in the sector. Graduate and Post-Graduate in Business Administration with several specialization courses. Professor of Marketing in an MBA course at Centro Universitário São Camilo. More than 20 years of career in prominent organizations, with extensive experience in the management of high-end condominiums and horizontal subdivisions developed in recent decades. Panelist at the International Seminar on Planned Communities – COMPLAN – ADIT.

DANIEL FERREIRA
Co-Founder and CSO Senior consultant in operational and commercial management, coordinating projects and teams. He served as director of the RE/MAX agency (international real estate network) enabling the first RE/MAX Commercial unit in Brazil, specialized in serving companies and investors. He has experience as an entrepreneur in the information technology, marketing and design of advertising pieces in various media.
Works with developers in the prospecting, coordination, structuring and management of allotments and condominiums. Leads the commercial negotiation and development of all the content of communication pieces focused on the relationship with tenants, associates and acquirers.

GABRIELA SCHERER
Director of Operations - COO Leads the operational management of fixed contracts. Graduated in Human Resources Management at Centro Universitário Tiradentes. Worked as Events Coordinator at ADIT Brasil – Association for Real Estate and Tourism Development in Brazil; managing the most important seminars in the sector, among them COMPLAN - International Seminar on Planned Communities and Subdivisions. Participation in several courses and seminars focused on business management.
